Prop Challenge Simulator

Would your stats pass a funded challenge?

Profit target, daily loss limit, max drawdown, the clock โ€” prop evaluations are a math problem. We run your stats through thousands of simulated attempts and give you the pass rate.

Assumptions: one trade per day, fixed risk in % of the starting balance, static max-drawdown line, 3,000 simulated attempts. Daily-loss limits matter when your single-trade risk approaches them.

Read it right: a 60% pass rate means 4 in 10 identical traders fail on variance alone. Risk size changes pass rates more than most people's strategy does โ€” try moving the risk slider.

What the terms mean

Prop firm challenge

An evaluation where you trade a demo account to a profit target without breaching loss limits. Pass, and the firm funds you with real capital for a profit split.

Max total drawdown

The hard floor โ€” if the account falls this far below the start, the attempt is over. It's the rule that punishes oversizing.

Why pass rates surprise people

Even a genuinely profitable system fails challenges on variance: a normal losing streak near the drawdown line ends the attempt. Smaller risk = more room for the streak.

Expected attempts

1 รท pass rate. At 50%, budget for ~2 evaluation fees; at 20%, ~5. The fee math is part of the trade.
